Bendigo's best original band Ruteger (Est 1998) has put out three self funded CD releases through national distribution label MGM. Ruteger have won a state campus band comp, played with Oz's biggest bands, Triple J roatation, single of weeks, Album of The Month in various media. The four-piece band that sounds like The Beach Boys crossed with the Foo Fighters have even been played on TV's 'The Panel'.
